Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment has been received.*

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

*Processing times may take up to 3 business days during high-demand periods.


Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) Shipping

International orders (outside of the UK) may be subject to local VAT or taxes and a small handling fee upon delivery. These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your order's status via the carrier's website.


Shipping Address & Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at team@acidrunning.com. Address change is subjected to the status of your order.  Any additional charges due to an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping Damage or Loss

Eleven Cricket Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please check the tracking information for your order and make sure to check your surrounding area and with your neighbors. If you’re unable to locate your parcel, please contact us so that we can start an investigation with the courier regarding your missing parcel. Depending on the courier, investigations can take up to 10 business days to conclude.

Please note that any orders that are missing/stolen must be reported within 28 days from shipment date. Any requests made outside of this timeframe have no guaranteed resolution.

Until a missing package has been returned to Eleven Cricket Club or officially declared lost (which will be determined at our absolute discretion), we are unable to reship or refund the order.

We assess each report on a case-by-case basis. If the parcel is confirmed delivered with a Proof of Delivery (POD) or if a "Safe Place/Leave with Neighbour/Delivered with Consignees Authority" request is made with our courier directly, we can’t guarantee a refund.
